After taking a year off she is ready to get back to work and anxious to reconnect with her old customers and excited to meet new customers. Customer service is her role but she can also help you with your auto, home, life and health needs. She was born and raised in Oelwein and continues to live there with her husband. She loves spending time with her 2 children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. On her off time from State Farm she works with her husband in his saddle shop. In her spare time she likes to read and sew.

Jessica was born and raised in Waterloo, graduating from Columbus High school and then Hawkeye Community College. She worked in Iowa before relocating to Arizona where she lived for eight years. While in Arizona she moved up the ranks with Enterprise Holdings in their management program before being named the Branch Manager at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, one of the largest locations in the world. Jessica returned to Iowa to be closer to her family. She joined our office with valuable State Farm experience and now enjoys serving customers in our office, working on her 7th year with State farm.
