Tina is a licensed team member that started with us in August. She worked for State Farm Agent, Tom Fick for nearly 30 years until his retirement in 2021. After taking a year off she is ready to get back to work and anxious to reconnect with her old customers and excited to meet new customers. Customer service is her role but she can also help you with your auto, home, life and health needs. She was born and raised in Oelwein and continues to live there with her husband. She loves spending time with her 2 children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. On her off time from State Farm she works with her husband in his saddle shop. In her spare time she likes to read and sew.

Sara joined the Tim Reed State Farm team in June of 2018 as a licensed property and casualty representative. She is ready to help with all your auto,home, farm, and commercial needs and is passionate about helping you and your family navigate the claims process. Sara is a graduate of Independence High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Sara and her husband reside in Winthrop with their 2 daughters. Sara enjoys camping in the summer, family time in the winter, and volunteering with the Fire Department and chasing kids all year long. Sara prides herself on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, gardening/canning, coaching, hiking trails with her dogs, being with family, and attending all of her kids’ sports activities. Jessica Vollenweider
Jessica was born and raised in Waterloo, graduating from Columbus High school and then Hawkeye Community College. She worked in Iowa before relocating to Arizona where she lived for eight years. While in Arizona she moved up the ranks with Enterprise Holdings in their management program before being named the Branch Manager at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, one of the largest locations in the world. During this time she learned that everything begins and ends with Customer Service. Her approach is to “Listen and take care of your customers and the rest will follow”. Jessica returned to Iowa to be closer to her family. She joined our office with valuable State Farm experience and now enjoys serving customers in our office, working on her 7th year with State farm. In her leisure time Jessica enjoys watching/attending sporting events, spoiling her cat Rizzo, shopping, and going to local art festivals and events with her sisters.
